In 2024 Custom Home and Lighting Designs opened a retail lighting showroom, Empire Lighting, located in the historic Risberg Reality building at the corner of HWY 63 and Dakota Ave in Hayward, WI.
Empire Lighting is excited to bring access to the lighting industry as the only retail lighting showroom in Northwestern WI. We specialize in ceiling fans, decorative, landscape, low voltage, residential, commercial, and architectural lighting.
We offer products in all price points, from contractor grade all the way up to services that scope one of a kind custom decorative lighting fixtures. Empire Lighting offers access to major lighting lines and is an authorized dealer for designer lighting manufacturers.
Empire Lighting offers design consulting services on an ALA Carte basis all the way up to full electrical interior design services that include; onsite walk throughs, construction blueprint reviews, fixture lists, landscape lighting layouts, Reflective Ceiling Plans, and consulting on technical aspects such as; transformers, light color, CRI, dimmers, and LED light bulbs.
Clients can expect that we will help them chose style and size appropriate lighting and provide necessary technical components like; down-rods, sloped ceiling adaptors, additional chain/rod.
Whether it is a new home, remodel, or just a singular fixture update, it is our goal to provide property owners with quality lighting for their homes, vacation properties, businesses, or churches.
